Commencement of Hyderabad Bairamalguda Flyover

Hyderabad: 10 August,  The Bairamalguda flyover in the city was inaugurated by  Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao, on Monday. This flyover is one of the works undertaken as part of the GHMC under Strategic Road Development Programme (SRDP). At Bairamalguda Junction in  area Rs. Completed with 26.45 crores. Of the total 14 works in the SRDP Package-2, five are already in use. With the launch of this flyover, traffic congestion will be reduced at Bairamalguda Junction and Sagar Road Junction. At Bairamalguda junction, 12 thousand vehicles are traveling per hour during peak hours. This will be useful for motorists traveling from Secunderabad to Owaisi Junction towards Srisailam. The Bairamalguda RHS flyover is constructed at a cost of Rs.26.45 crore . The flyover is 780 metres long and 12 metres is width. The length of viaduct portion is 400 metres. Along with Minister KTR,and  Education Minister Smt Sabita Indra Reddy , City Mayor Bonthu Ram mohan  were present at the inauguration of the flyover.
