The employees of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Zonal Office participated in a Health Walk as part of Ajadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations. August 2022 is identified as an iconic month by the Government of India for all Financial Institutions to contribute to activities for the wellness of the public at large. Health Walk is one of the activities by LIC as part of these activities.
Sri Mukkavilli Jagannath, Zonal Manager, and Sri Vineet Srivastava, Chief Engineer, flagged off the event at Zonal Office, Saifabad. Displaying the placards on benefits and the need for a regular walk, the employees performed a walk from Zonal Office to PV Narasimha Rao statue passing through Lumbini Park, NTR Gardens, and PVR mall. Employees also carried National Flags and AKAM logo. City police assisted in the conduct of the event.
