Tollywood veteran Nandamuri Balakrishna is all set to begin work on yet another major film, reaffirming his strong box office presence even after crossing sixty. Known for his back to back action driven roles, the actor shows no signs of slowing down.
The upcoming project will be directed by Gopichand Malineni, with regular shooting scheduled to commence from March nineteen. The film is being mounted on a grand scale with a substantial budget and is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru.
This marks another collaboration between Balakrishna and Malineni after their blockbuster Veera Simha Reddy, raising expectations among fans and trade circles alike. The makers are reportedly shaping the film as a commercial entertainer blending high voltage action with strong family sentiment.
Following the success of Akhanda 2 directed by Boyapati Srinu, this project is seen as Balakrishna’s next key release. The team plans to speed up the shoot after Ugadi and is targeting a Dasara festive release.
Meanwhile, Balakrishna’s lineup continues to attract attention across industries. Directors such as Harish Shankar, Vivek Athreya and Koratala Siva have reportedly expressed interest in working with him.
Adding to the buzz, Malayalam director Haneef Adeni, known for the hit film Marco, is said to be in discussions for a project produced by Dil Raju. Talks are also ongoing about a potential film with Harish Shankar.
