has released a fresh notification inviting applications for apprentice posts under KRCL Railway Jobs 2026. The recruitment aims to fill 190 graduate and technician diploma apprentice positions across multiple departments for a one year training program.
The selection process brings relief to many aspirants as there will be no written examination. Candidates will be shortlisted purely on the basis of academic merit obtained in their degree or diploma. Applicants who lost land for the Konkan Railway project will be given first preference in the merit list.
Vacancies are available in civil mechanical electrical electronics engineering streams along with general graduate categories. Candidates who completed their degree or diploma between 2021 and 2025 are eligible to apply. Mandatory registration on the NATS portal is required before submitting the online application.
As per eligibility rules the applicant age should be between 18 and 25 years as on January 1 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms. The last date to apply online is March 21 2026.
Application fee is fixed at 100 rupees for general and OBC candidates. SC ST women minority and EWS applicants are exempted from paying the fee. Selected graduate apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of 9000 rupees while diploma apprentices will get 8000 rupees during the training period.
