Hyd traffic police facilitate transportation of live organ

Hyderabad August 15: Hyderabad traffic police on Sunday once again facilitated transport of the live organ (Heart) by providing non-stop movement to the ambulance carrying the organ. At 1300 hrs, the Hyderabad and Cyberabad Traffic Police coordinated and arranged a Green Channel for transportation of live organs (Heart) from Yashoda Hospital Somajiguda to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Shamshabad. The distance between Yashoda Hospital Somajiguda to RGIA, Shamshabad is 31 km which was covered in 35 minutes. The medical team carrying a live organ (Heart) left at 1300 hrs from Yashoda Hospital to RGIA at 1335 hrs. The efforts of Hyderabad and Cyberabad Traffic Police in the transportation of live organ was applauded by the management of Yashoda Hospital as it would help in saving a precious life.
