Ghanpur : In Nellutla village of Station Ghanpur Constituency, poor Dalit families who have no houses have been living in huts on government land for the past few years. . Since this is government land, they have been asking the government to give them permission to build houses here, but they are not paying attention. But 802 families residing here met us while going from Janagam to Palakurti as part of Praja Prasthanam Padayatra. They asked them to come and see their lives living in the hut and went and checked. Even though there is no electricity for several years, even if they are not provided with good water, they are living with the hope that they will get house rails. It is said that the government is not providing even the minimum infrastructure on the pretext of court cases. KCR’s interest in selling government land is not there in giving land to the poor who have no houses. KCR government is not a government that builds houses. As soon as the YSR Telangana party came to power, it was promised that they would give rails where the huts were built and build houses. With the idea of how the families will survive there till then, this colony was immediately given Rs. They promised to install solar power at a cost of 15 lakhs. As per the promise, the party administration has been ordered to take immediate steps to provide solar power to the huts here.
