The South India times Hyderabad: Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Rayalaseema during the next three days, Meteorological Centre here said on Sunday. Issuing a bulletin, it said that the same situation is likely to prevail in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and South Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 48 hours.
Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yana m, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Rayalaseema during the next three days. Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at many places or at a few places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Rayalaseema during the next five days.

Southwest monsoon has been vigorous over Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours. Heavy to very heavy rainfall occurred at one or two places over the districts of Anantapur and YSR District of Rayalase ema during the same period. Rainfall occurred at most places over Rayalaseema and at a few places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam (Puducherry) during the last 24 hours.
