16 female employees faint after spraying of mosquito repellent in UP

Noida, Sept 13: of Uttar Pradesh Greater Noida At least 16 female employees fainted after spraying mosquito repellent at an electronic parts manufacturing company in K Ecotech 3 police station area. The women were admitted to a nearby private hospital on Sunday evening. The relatives of the woman who reached the hospital created a ruckus and accused the company management. On getting information about the incident, the police reached there and took action. At present, the investigation is going on and mosquito repellent has been confiscated from the spot.

According to the information received, work was going on in the company on Sunday and during this time the management got spraying of mosquito repellent. The spraying of the drug was fast, due to which the condition of the women working in the company started deteriorating after some time. 16 women employees working in the company fell unconscious, leading to an almost chaos-like situation in the company premises.

The management, with the help of other employees, admitted the unconscious woman to a nearby private hospital. It is being told that at present the condition of all the women is improving.At the same time, in the hospital where the victim women were admitted, there was a gathering of relatives outside. Meanwhile, the relatives of the victim women alleged that the company did not inform them about their unconsciousness. A complaint has been lodged against the company on behalf of the aggrieved families.

Based on the complaint of the victim’s family members, the police is contemplating to take action.
