Opposition walks out of assembly

Dharmshala, Jan 4 : The members of the opposition party led the leader of the opposition and former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur walked out of the assembly in protest against the denotification by the Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu government soon after assuming power. In the assembly Jairam Thakur stressed the Chief minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu to announce that the government will review the denotification decision of the government. However, Chief Minister did not agree to review the decision and the opposition party after shouting the slogans walked out.
Outside the Assembly Jairam Thakur said that it was for the first time in the history of Himachal Pradesh that such a situation has cropped. He said that the budget was alloted by the cabinet for these institutions and staff was also deputed. He said that if some institutions are short of staff the present government should fill up these posts. Jairam Thakur said that perhaps the authorities are giving wrong information to the chief minister.
