Date:

Telangana: A panel of two judges, led by Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice C.V. Bhasker Reddy, has guided the Vigilance and Enforcement wing to investigate allegations that government properties were being leased out to private parties, causing financial losses to the government, and to take appropriate action.

The panel was hearing a petition brought by B Judson questioning the government’s activity in leasing out buildings. The petitioner claimed that he had made repeated representations to the relevant authorities but that no action had been taken.
