Two Army officials among 4 held by CBI in bribery case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested four persons, including two Army officials, a senior Barrack Officer, and a Subedar Major, in an alleged bribery case, the probe agency said on Sunday. The accused have been identified as Rahul Pawar, Senior Barracks Store Officer (Lt Col), and Pradeep Kumar, Subedar Major, both posted at MES Ambala Cantt. And Dinesh Kumar and Pritpal, both are contractors, CBI said in a statement. A case was registered against the accused on the allegations of demanding the bribe.
