Uddhav Thackeray asks RSS Chief to be cautious about Shinde

Nagpur, Dec 29 (UNI) Shiv Sena leader Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday said Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat should stay alert as Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has an evil eye and he might capture the Sangh office.
Addressing a press conference here in the Vidhan Bhavan premises, Thackeray said, “Mohan Bhagwat needs to stay alert as Shinde group may take possession of the RSS office.”Thackeray’s remarks came just after Shinde visited Hedgewar Smruti Mandir, the memorial of RSS founder Dr KB Hedgewar, in Reshimbagh area here.
Thackeray said on Wednesday that the Shinde faction tried to capture the BMC office in Mumbai. “Today they had been to the RSS office. Though RSS is strong, they could easily take possession of its office. RSS nevertheless needs to be alert as Shinde (the sitting Chief Minister) has an evil eye.”Both Sena factions on Wednesday had a confrontation in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) headquarters in Mumbai over the control of the party office there.“Those who do not have courage to build anything by themselves, indulge in capturing other parties’ offices”, Thackeray said. Pertinently, Shinde rebelled against Thackeray’s leadership in June this year. , leading to the collapse of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government.
