The Premia Academy organised The League of the Lions – Annual Sports Championship 2022-23

Hyderabad: 04th January 2023: The Premia Academy, a premium educational institution instilling resilience and agility into their students kicked-off their week-long Annual Sports Championship 2022-23 – The League of Lions. Mr Chandrahas Reddy, a National level Professional Basketball player graced the occasion and inspired the young audience with his experience in sports. He also advised parents to encourage their children to participate in nonscholastic events.
The first day gave the parents a chance to imagine their children as future Olympians who kicked off the event with a glorious torch relay, followed by a spectacular skill display of football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, and martial arts along with a beautifully synchronized drill that transported everyone to a garden full of flowers and butterflies. The students also engaged in exciting 100m sprints and a vigorous tug-of-war that had everyone at the edge of their seats. The morning ended on an energetic note with the parents trying their hand at tug-of-war too. So much more to look forward to in the week ahead!
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Sindhuri Reddy, Founder, and Managing Director, The Premia Academy said, It is heartening to receive an overwhelming response from the students and their parents. Sports develop physical as well as mental strength in students besides teaching valuable lessons in interpersonal skills, teamwork, and demonstrating leadership qualities. Sports and other co-curricular activities play a vital role in shaping the personality and character of the students. We are happy that the school is able to conduct the week-long Annual Sports Championship 2022-23. We urge the students to participate in as many activities as possible and request the parents to encourage their participation.
