440 Kgs of Ganja seized : Two held

Kakinada: The Prathipadu Police intercepted a van near Dharmavaram on the national highway in the wee hours of Friday and seized 440 kgs of ganja while being clandestine- ly transported from the Bayyavaram forest area in the neighboring Anakapalli district, police sources said.

The van belongs to Haryana and is on its way to Hyderabad. Two persons were arrested in this connection, the sources added.
