JNTUK introduces eight new subjects under New education policy: VC

Kakinada, Sep 14: Jawaharlal Nehru technological university Kakinada (JNTUK) Vice-chancellor Prof GVR Prasadaraju has said eight new subjects in B. Tech CSE and IT wings were introduced in the University college of engineering enlisting the cooperation of the Infosys as a part of the Central government’s new education policy NEP-2020.

Participating as the chief guest at the five-day Faculty enablement program on the subject `Devops-CICD’ organized jointly by the JNTUK incubation center, IIIP&T, faculty development cen- ter and university college of engineering CSE wing at the senate hall here on Tuesday, he said the new technical courses would develop skills among the students providing them better employment avenues. The Vice-chancellor further advised the teachers to achieve expertise in e-learning, digital learning, and out-come based education that equips them with better teaching skills and methodology.
