Self-respect only for judges, not for Jagan?

Date:

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Employees’ Association Kakarla Venkatrami Reddy on Saturday made sensational comments against the state high court judges for trying to interfere in the administrative decisions of chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and control his government.

Speaking at the state executive committee meet- ing of the village and ward secretariats’ association, Venkatrami Reddy, who is known for his pro-YSRCP stand, said there were peculiar conditions prevailing in the state, where certain Constitutional bodies were trying to dictate the state government.

“We have a government that is doing good to the people and we have to safeguard it. At the same time, we also need to highlight the loopholes in the judiciary which is interfering in the administration,” he said. Reddy pointed out that when people make comments against judges on social media, they get arrested and won’t get bail for three months.
