CLP Leader Bhatti Vikramarka Criticizes BRS Govt for Attempting to Restore Feudal System

Warangal : In a recent statement, Congress Legislative Party (CLP) leader Bhatti Vikramarka accused the BRS government of attempting to restore the 70-year-old feudal system in Telangana without regard for the self-respect of its people. He further stated that he plans to write a letter to the President to request the cancellation of the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC).
On Tuesday, Bhatti Vikramarka visited Kakatiya University in response to an invitation from students who wished to discuss their problems. During the meeting, students raised concerns about the privatization of universities, paper leaks, and reservation policies.
Bhatti Vikramarka expressed his disappointment with the current state of Telangana, stating that the state has regressed by 70-80 years under the rule of the BRS government. He criticized the government for selling targets for lakhs while failing to create job opportunities for its people.
The CLP leader also expressed his concern about the lack of progress in fulfilling the hopes and aspirations of the Telangana state movement. He accused the KCR government of taking back lands that were distributed by the Congress in the name of Dharani and criticized the government for failing to fill over 2 lakh vacant jobs in the government sector.Bhatti Vikramarka called on students to prepare for the struggle to achieve the goals of Telangana, including access to water, funds, and self-respect. He urged students to recognize themselves as intellectual human resources useful to society and contribute their ideas to social change. The CLP leader also criticized the BRS government for failing to establish a single university in the state during its nine-and-a-half-year rule. He alleged that the government is conspiring to weaken existing government universities and may even sell university lands.
The statement was made during a people’s march attended by several other politicians, including MLA Podem Veeraiah, Congress Party Hanumakonda district president Naini Rajender Reddy, former MP Sirisilla Rajaiah Kathi Venkataswamy, Vennarender Reddy, and others.
