Country needs double impact sarkar led by visionary like KCR: IT Minister KTR

Date:

Hyderabad: Telangana IT and Industries Minister K T Rama Rao ((KTR) on Saturday claimed that the country needs ‘double impact sarkar’ led by a visionary like Chief Minister K.Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) who strived for development of the agriculture sector, and not ‘double engine sarkar.’.
Speaking during the discussion on the ‘Motion of Thanks’ on the Governor’s address in the Legislative Assembly, KTR said the entire nation was looking towards Telangana and the people were looking for the KCR’s visionary leadership.
No one can stop our state progress and growth and continue to go forward despite imposing economic sanctions on the state and creating obstacles by the BJP-led NDA government; he said that Telangana has shown to the entire country the results of an integrated holistic model of administration. The government has not neglected any sector, he claimed and said that all sectors, including agriculture, irrigation, IT, environment, healthcare and others have been developed simultaneously. Our Chief Minister KCR had announced his campaign for ‘Ab ki Baar Kisan Sarkar’, he said the power of the people was greater than those in power and added that the Telangana movement was an example.“ A real leader always think about next future but not next election, he said that our visionary CM had implemented Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bima, 24 hour free power supply and provision of sufficient water for the farming community as no other leader in the country had never think on the lines (KCR) even in the r 75 years of Indian independence.Only extraordinary leaders with extraordinary vision like KCR can achieve such a feat, he said that no Prime Minister or no national leader came up with such innovative and welfare programmes for the farming community and the Telangana government had extended a financial assistance of Rs.65,000 crore to 65 lakh farmers under the Rythu Bandhu programme.
Responding to MIM MLA Akbaruddin’s claim, KTR admitted their fault for supporting demonetization announced by the BJP-LED NDA government. The BJP-led NDA government was not willing to extend free power to the farmers ( Rs 10,000 crores per annum) in the country but had waived off corporate loans worth Rs.12 lakh crore, he alleged and said that instead of supporting the farmers, the Modi-government is directing State governments to install meters for pump sets in agricultural fields and forcing State governments to give up power subsidies.
