Floral tributes paid to Ambedkar in TN

Chennai, Apr 14 : Floral tributes were paid to architect of Indian Constitution Dr.B.R.Ambedkar on the occasion of his 133rd birth anniversary across Tamil Nadu. Governor R.N.Ravi led the State in paying tributes to Dr Ambedkar by garlanding his statue at Raj Bhavan and paying floral tributes to
his decorated portrait. Chief Minister M.K.Stalin, accompanied by Ministers and senior DMK leaders and those from alliance parties, garlanded the statue
of Dr Ambedkar at his memorial in Raja Annamalaipuram and paid floral tributes to his portrait.AIADMK General Secretary and Leader of the Opposition in the State Assembly Edappadi K.Palaniswami paid tributes to Dr Ambedkar in his native Salem district, while ousted AIADMK leader O.Panneerselvam and leaders of various political parties, inclduing BJP State Unit President K.Annamalai also paid their tributes to mark the occasion.
