IMT Hyderabad and HCL Technologies sign Partnership through MoU to Shape Future IT Leaders

Hyderabad : IMT Hyderabad and HCL Technologies, a leading technology services and consulting company, have joined hands through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaboratively design and deliver an innovative Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program specialized in Information Technology (IT). This strategic partnership aims to equip future business leaders with the necessary domain knowledge and functional expertise to excel in the IT industry. The collaboration intends to create a talent pool that is industry-ready and prepared for the challenges of the IT sector.
Dr. K. Sriharsha Reddy, Director and Professor at IMT Hyderabad, expressed his admiration for HCL Technologies, acknowledging their shared vision with IMT Hyderabad. He announced the forthcoming launch of the PGDM IT program, which will receive complete support from corporate partners. Dr. Reddy emphasized the importance of emerging technologies and rapid digitalization in today’s business landscape. He further highlighted that the service sector contributes significantly to India’s economy, with Hyderabad being a national leader in information technology, e-commerce, and healthcare. Dr. Reddy extended his sincere gratitude to HCL Technologies for their support in launching this new PGDM program.Speaking to the corporate guests and media, Mr Ashish Bhalla, Director HR at HCL Technologies, expressed his views on industry and academia coming together and partnering that could help all stakeholders.Shri SK Joshi, Former Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana, shared that “This partnership will enhance the skill development of aspiring IT professionals, equipping them with industry-relevant knowledge and expertise.
