Tirumala: With the nine-day Srivari Brahmotsavam to begin here on September 27 and expecting a huge footfall of devotees, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has decided to provide darshan for common devotees and canceled all privileged darshans. After a gap of two years, due to Covid Pandemic, TTD is fully gearing up to conduct Srivari Brahmotsava Vahana sevas on Mada streets with the participation of the pilgrim public.
A release said, TTD has canceled VIP Break darshan (except for protocol VIPs in person), privi- leged darshans including for infant-parents, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Defence personnel, senior citizens, and physically handicapped during the ensuing Brahmotsavam. Besides, the arjita sevas, ?300 SED tickets, and Srivani and all other donor trust also remained canceled. With regard to accommodation, TTD has decided on an online allotment of 50 percent of rooms and for others through current counters at Tirumala on first come first served. On September 30, October 1, and October 2, TTD canceled the allotment of rooms both in online and Offline even for the donors keeping in view the heavy influx for Garuda Seva.
