ECNETE Internship Fair at Infopark on Aug 20

An internship fair will be held at Infopark Kochi for fresh graduates and candidates awaiting their final year results. Organized as part of the ECNETE Internship Programme by Kerala ET Parks the Internship Fair will be held in the Vismaya building at Infopark Phase l Kochi from l0 am to 4 pm on August 20 a release said here on Wednesday. Various ET/ETES Companies who have registered for Ignite Internship Programme can recruit eligible candidates for the internship opportunities that they offer.

Internship Programme Yill be offered a monthly stipend of a minimum of Rs l0 000.

In the first phase, Kerala ET Parks is planning to provide internships for l500 candidates under the program in Technopark Infopark and Cyberpark. The Internship Programme is organized with the support of Kerala Start Up Mission ECT Academy of Kerala Ctech and CAFET. The monthly stipend includes the government’s contribution of Rs.5000 per month to an intern and the recruiting company will provide at least the same amount every month in the six-month internship program.

To address the short- age of adequately trained people in the ET/ ETES sector in Kerala the government had allocated Rs 20 crores in the Kerala Budget 2022-23 and envisaged the internship program for skill development
