Minister KTR launches Women Entrepreneurs Center

Hyderabad: Telangana Minister for IT and Industries, K T Rama Rao, laid the foundation stone for the Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of India’s (ALEAP) Women Entrepreneurs International Trade and Technology Centre in Patancheru on Wednesday. The center aims to empower women entrepreneurs by promoting trade and technology among them from India, SAARC, and ASEAN nations.The Women Entrepreneurs International Trade and Technology Centre is expected to provide a platform for women entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services, connect with potential buyers, and explore new markets. The center will also provide training and capacity building programs to enhance the skills of women entrepreneurs and equip them with the latest technology and business practices.During the foundation stone laying ceremony, Minister KTR praised ALEAP for its efforts in empowering women entrepreneurs and said that the center would help women entrepreneurs to expand their businesses beyond borders. He emphasized the need for women to be economically independent and self-sufficient and stated that the Telangana government is committed to supporting women entrepreneurs and providing them with the necessary infrastructure and resources. The Women Entrepreneurs International Trade and Technology Centre is expected to create new opportunities for women entrepreneurs and boost the growth of the MSME sector in Telangana. It is also expected to strengthen ties between India, SAARC, and ASEAN nations and promote women’s entrepreneurship and economic empowerment on a global scale.
