Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) candidate from Zaheerabad Lok Sabha constituency Gali Anil Kumar said all sections of the society have been deceived by the false promises made by Congress party in the Assembly elections and it is again trying to do the same in the parliament elections.
The Congress government failed the people of Telangana on its promises to waiver the two lakh rupees loan of farmers, Rs 2,500 per month for women, increase in pension to Rs 4,000, and bonus of Rs 500 per quintal paddy. Anil Kumar said the party is coming out with similar promises again for the Lok Sabha elections. People already realized the Congress party’s shallow promises and will never vote this time, he added.
Anil Kumar along with Zaheerabad MLA K. Manik Rao held a road show at Koir, Jerasangam, on Friday.
Launching a scathing attack on CM Revanth Reddy, Anil Kumar said farmers are suffering today becuase of the unkept promises by the chief minister as banks are sending notices and pressurising for repayment of loans.
Anil Kumar and Manik Rao appealed voters to ensure BRS victory with a huge majority. He made it clear that he will raise his voice in the Parliament on the issues of this region. He said that efforts will be made to ensure that only local youth get employment in NIMS being established in Zaheerabad.
Zaheerabad election in-charge Devi Prasad, DCMS chairman Siva Kumar, Kaiser Yafai, Gundappa, Vijay Kumar, Sangamesh, Farid, Venkatesham, Baba, Jagadish, Kiran, BRS party village and mandal presidents participated along with Sarpanchs, MPTCs, leaders, activists and others.
