National Consultation on Forensic Science at NALSAR Saturday

Hyderabad(TSIT) A one- day National Consultation on Effective Utilisation of Forensic Sciences: Towards Ensuring Rule of Law, Providing Inclusive Justice, Enhancing Public Trust, will be held at NALSAR University of Law here on Saturday. The first national consultation will be conducted, in collaboration with the Truth lab Forensic Services, the Law University said in a statement here on Friday. Former Chief Justice of India Justice U.U.Lalith will inaugurate the session while former Chief Justice of India Justice M.N.Venkatachaliah will deliver his keynote address. National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Chairman Justice Arun Mishra will deliver the presidential address.
Dr.P.C.Gandhi Kaza the Chairman Truth Labs Forensic Services will explain the contributions of the Truth Labs Indian Criminal Justice system. Telangana High Court Chief Justice Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and the Chancellor of NALSAR will also address the inaugural session.This session will be followed by the first National Consultative Session Chaired By Dr.Jayapraksh Narayan, founder of Loksatta while Mr.Prashanth Kumar, President Bar Council will be the co-chair.There will be a panel discussion by eminent panellists comprising experienced police officers, academicians from Legal and Medical disciplines.NHRC member Rajiv Jain , Telangana Director General of Police Anjani Kumar, former DG (Vigilance and Enforcement) Anjaneya Reddy, Former IGP(CID, Andhra Pradesh state) Umapathi, former National Information Commissioner Prof M.Sridhar and Osmania Medical College former Vice Principal Prof. Dr.M.Narayana Reddy will be in the panel discussion.
