The Telangana government backed startup incubator T-Hub on Thursday said its recruitment drive T-Recruit 2024 that brought together startups and top-tier tech talent was a great success. The initiative aimed to serve a pivotal platform where job seekers can find the best opportunities and recruiters can access top-tier talent, fostering a thriving startup ecosystem in Hyderabad and beyond.
T-Recruit 2024 addressed the critical need for talent acquisition in India’s burgeoning startup landscape. The event witnessed active participation from startups and corporates, resulting in numerous successful matches and job placements that will drive innovation and growth within the startup community.
T-Hub’s commitment to excellence was reflected in the remarkable achievements of T-Recruit 2024, the incubator said. With 92 registered companies and 769 recruiters, including notable participants like Tao Digital USA, Monitra Healthcare Private Limited, Ariqt International, and DataBeat Consulting Pvt Ltd, the event attracted a record-breaking number of participants, cementing its status as the premier destination for startup talent acquisition. Over 6,000 job seekers vied for opportunities presented by leading startups across diverse sectors, showcasing the immense talent pool available within the Indian tech landscape, it said.
T-Recruit 2024 facilitated over 180 successful matches between startups and candidates, with 85 offers extended to promising talent, signaling a significant step forward in driving innovation and growth within the startup community. Over the past two drives, T-Recruit has attracted over 4,000 job seeker registrations and participation from roughly 150 startups, highlighting its growing influence and success. Inspired by T-Hub’s unwavering commitment to bolstering startups and nurturing the broader ecosystem, T-Recruit was launched under the 6M, 2P framework, where ‘M’ signifies Manpower, alongside Money, Methodology, Market Access, Mentorship, and Motivation.
