Chennai July 22 (UNI): Chief Minister Stalin today held consultations on the preparations for the Chess Olympiad to be held in Chennai. The 44th International Chess Olympiad will be held at Mamallapuram next to Chennai from July 28 to August 10.
It is attended by more than 2,500 athletes from more than 200 countries. In this context, Chief Minister MK Stalin is scheduled to hold consultations today on preparations for the Chess Olympiad to be held in Chennai.Consults on opening ceremony arrangements for the Olympiad Series. Also releasing the logo for the Chess Olympiad competition today. Secretary General His Excellency the Minister Meyyanathan, Secretary of Sports, and members of the Chess Olympiad Committee are expected to participate in the consultation. So far 197 countries have registered to participate in the Chess Olympiad to be held in Mamallapuram.
