Telangana Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Wednesday said the goal of the state government was ensuring welfare of all sections of the society.
Speaking after distributing cheques to 84 beneficiaries of Rs 1,00,116 each under Kalyana Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak schemes at West Marredpally in the city, Yadav said that the Telangana State was ahead of other states in the implementation of welfare schemes.

No state government in the country was implementing Kalayanalakshmi and Shadi Mubarak schemes and the credit goes to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao who was providing an ideal government by implementing many developmental and welfare programmes in the state, he said. Stating the state government is also implementing Aasara pension, Widow pension, Physically Handicapped Pension, Rythu Bandu, Rythu Bhima and other schemes, the Minister urged the people, who are eligible, to utilise these schemes.
