Nalgonda: Telangana Finance Minister T Harish Rao on Tuesday claimed that the prosperity of farmers has increased under the rule of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR).
Speaking at the Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) party “Aatmeeya Sammelan ‘’ meeting held at Choutuppal, Harish Rao stated that his party will fulfill every promise made during the previous Munugode by-elections. He added that the first victory of TRS was in Siddipet, while the first victory of BRS (party name change) was Munugode.
Harish Rao reiterated that the BRS party will come back to power in Telangana and will hit a hat-trick for sure. He further stated that the value of the farmer and land has increased during KCR’s rule, citing the construction of the Yadadri temple as an example of KCR’s accomplishments.
Harish Rao criticized the BJP for doing politics by catching the leak of class 10 papers, stating that schemes and welfare are the focus of the BRS party, while conspiracies and intrigues are the focus of the BJP.
He questioned whether drinking water and pensions are not given in the Double Engine Governments as they are given in Telangana.
