Arrangements for supplementary exams are complete DISTRICT INTER EDUCATION OFFICER RAGHURAJ

Nizamabad July 28; The District Inter Vidya Officer Mr. Raghuraj has informed us that all arrangements have been completed in the district for the Intermediate Advanced Supplementary Examinations to be started from 1st August. This time, 36 examination centers have been set up as supplementary examinations are being conducted during the rainy season.

Of these, 15 government junior colleges, one aided junior college, three residential junior colleges, three model school junior colleges, and 14 private junior colleges have been set up as examination centers. The total first-year students are 10,142 out of which 9,144 are general and 998 are vocational students. Also, the total number of failed students in the second year is 5,168, while 4,414 students are general and 754 vocational students will appear in the exams. It has been informed that a total of 15,310 students will appear for the Advanced Supplementary Examinations.

He said that the Intermediate Advanced Supplementary Practical Examinations will be completed on Saturday and informed that buses have been arranged for the students to go to the examination centers on time, electricity supply, fresh water accommodation, maintenance of washrooms and medical camp facility with Asha workers are being arranged in the examination centers. DIE said that students can download their hall tickets directly from the internet. Informed. The principal’s signature is not required on these hall tickets. Chief Superintendents and departmental officers are making all the arrangements in the examination centers.

He said that under the leadership of the District Examination Management Committee Mr. Chiranjeevi and Mrs. Kanaka Mahalakshmi, are always available to the students and are working hard to solve the problems. Students in- formed that they can bring any problems to their attention. The District Inter Vedya Officer has informed the students who are writing improvement papers and those who have failed the exams that they should bring to their notice any mistakes in the hall tickets Also, they informed the principals of the respective colleges that they have issued appropriate instructions in this regard and that there is a possibility to modify the wrongly printed hall tickets.

The District Inter Education Officer has informed that appropriate instructions have been issued to the Chief Superintendents and Departmental Officers so that the students appearing for the examinations do not face any difficulties. He said that under the direction of the district collector, coordination with the electricity department, RTC, revenue, police department, and the postal department is going ahead to conduct the exams in a calm environment. He said that the district examination management committee is ready to solve any problem keeping in mind the past experiences
