Bijli Mahotsava in NTPC Ramagundam

THE SOUTH INDIA TIMES PEDDAPALLI (JULY 27): Under the auspices of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Bijili Mahotsava was held on Wednesday at Ramagundam NTPC under the program of celebrating “BIJLI MAHOSTAVA” across India in 773 districts across the country from 25th to 30th. Celebrated ‘Ujjwal Bharat, Ujjwal Bhavishya” at Employee Development Centre (EDC) Auditorium to showcase the achievements in Power & Renewable Energy Sectors across the country. Ramagundam Mayor Dr. Anil Kumar inaugurated the event in the presence of other dignitaries. Addressing at the program, Municipal Commissioner B Suman Rao highlighted the importance of electricity in shaping a nation. Atul Kamlakar Desai GM O&M shared his valuable inputs regarding the generation of electricity. During the event, short films were screened on Universal Household Electrification (REC), Village Electrification, Distribution System Strengthening, and Capacity Addition.
