ByteXL celebrates National Teachers Day with a unique offer for the teachers

On the occasion of National Teacher’s Day, the start-up will offer to pay a stipend to the teachers while they undergo the specialized training developed by byteXL. While many teachers have to shell out a decent amount to get trained, byteXL is actually paying them to get trained. In the ‘Train the Trainers’ program, the participants will be trained by industry experts in cutting-edge technologies for 26 weeks. The certification will give the trainer a kickstart to get ahead of their peers and upskill in avant-garde technologies that enhance their expertise and employability. The internship will also offer real-life ‘experiential teaching’ to enhance teaching skills that has been meticulously crafted into the program.

While the teachers will be equipped with must require skills and updated knowledge, the most innovative feature, that sets this training apart, is the stipend the learner will receive, unlike other courses where the candidate is expected to pay the institute a fee. This allowance is also subjected to increments as they advance in their training. Upon successfully completing the certification, they will be absorbed into the company that operates in major cities across the country. The deserving teachers can earn upto INR 2 Lac based on their progress during the training.
