Collector has directed the officials to pay special attention of sanitation in Gurukuls

The South India times Gadwal: District Collector Vallur Kranti has directed the officials to pay special attention to the management of sanitation in Gurukuls in the District. On Saturday, the Colle ctor unveiled the poster of Swachha Gurukula to be undertaken in SC Gurukuls in his chamber in the Collectorate. From September 5 to September 11, the Collector instructed the officials to carry out special sanitation activities in 6 SC Gurukula schools in the district.

As part of the special sanitation program, garbage removal will be done in Gurukuls on Septemb er 5, school buildings and bedrooms will be cleaned on September 6, toilets and water tanks will be cleaned on September 7, and competition will be held for students on the importance of sanitation, the school kitchen and dining area will be cleaned on Sept ember 8, and the surroundings of Gurukuls will be cleaned on September 9. On this occasion, the officials explained to the collector that beautification with plants, cultural activities on September 10, and the closing pro- gram of the week will be held on September 11.

The Collector advised the officials to make full use of the Swachh Gurukula program and make all the Gurukula in the district clean and attractive. Principals Raghu, Lakshmi Narayana, Thirupath aiah, Vani, Anjali, Khaja, and others participated in the poster unveiling program.
