The South India times Nizamabad: Collector C. Narayana Reddy on Tuesday inspected the new Collectorate building complex with integrated district offices built adjacent to the bypass road in the district center. On September 5th, the Chief Minister of the state K Chandrasekhar Rao is going to inaugurate the new collectorate, the collector has made a close inspection of this building complex. Along with the Collectorate premises with spacious premises, he inspected various departments of the office and made key suggestions to the concerned officials.
In view of the fact that the construction has already been completed, it has been ordered to take steps to make every department and every room usable after conducting the final inspection. They want to clean every inch of the collectorate and ensure that the water supply, toilets, electricity system, and lighting are fully in order.
At least five days before the inauguration program, it is suggested that the new collectorate should be beautifully renovated with all the amenities and facilities by the end of this month. Although the surroundings of the Collectorate are pleasant with greenery, the officials have been directed to make the median on the way in from the main gate more beautiful and attractive with flower plants. The Collector made it clear that all the activities of the respective departments will be held at the New Collectorate build- ing complex from the day of the inauguration.
Keeping this in mind, the final stage works should be completed on war footing so that all facilities are made available without any deficiencies.
On this occasion, the Collector inspected the Minister’s Chamber, Colle ctor’s Chamber, Additional Collector’s Chambers, Conference Hall, and other departments in the New Collectorate and suggested that changes and additions should be made at many places. Additional Collector Chandrasekhar, Additional Collector of Local Bodies Chitramishra, Nizamabad RDO Ravi, Collectorate A.O Prashant, and district officials of various departments were present with the Collector.
