The South India times (Siddipet) : As National Mega Lok Adalat cognizable cases include Criminal Compoundable Cases, Civil Dispute Cases, Property Partition Cases, Family Maintenance Cases, Conjugal Life Cases, Bank Recovery, Telephone Recovery Cases, Electricity Theft, Check Bounce In the case and in other arbitrageable cases the parties are advised to compromise. She suggested that the way of reconciliation is the right way and not to waste time and money by going around the courts with petty cases and make use of the opportunity given by the judicial department.
It is suggested that the police officers, constables performing court duties and police personnel should identify the cases of compromise and invite both sides to conduct counseling and create awareness to reach a compromise. She said that justice will be done to the victims through Lok Adalat.
