The South India times Nizamabad: Collector C. Narayana Reddy has requested that the final stage works which are still left here and there should be completed expeditiously in connection with the arrangements for the inauguration of the Integrated District Offices Complex (New Collectorate) Narayana Reddy ordered the officials. On the 5th of this month, the district administration is engaged in extensive arrangements on the occasion of the State Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s arrival for the inauguration of the new Collectorate.
As part of this, the Collector visited the New Collectorate on Saturday and inspected the arrangements closely. Along with the inauguration plaque, the officials’ chambers, meeting hall, mini conference hall, etc. were inspected and vari- ous suggestions were made to the officials. Although almost all the arrangements have been completed, the final phase of the work is being carried out on a war footing and the new collectorate complex has been ordered to be prepared in every way for the inauguration ceremony by Sunday evening. He said that every pre- caution should be taken to avoid any misunderstanding during the Chief Minister’s visit and strict arrangements should be made considering every little thing.
The officers of all the departments should work in coordination with each other and discharge the responsibilities assigned to them with dedication and efficiency. Collector was accompanied by Additional Collector B. Chandrasekhar, Nizamabad RDO Ravi, R&BSE Rajeshwar Reddy, Horticulture Department Officer Narsingh Das, and others.
Avenue Plantation Observation
Meanwhile, Collector C. Narayana Reddy inspected the plants planted un der Harithaharm on both sides of the National Highway No. 44 from Chandrayanpally to Ditch Pally in the border area of Nizamabad district on Saturday. At Ditch Pally I-land and some other places, the collector identified the deficiencies in the management of the avenue plantation and directed the concerned authorities to correct them.
It was ordered to plant saplings on a war footing in the vacant places, to remove weeds and bushes around the plants that have already grown and clean them, and to take measures to ensure that the surrounding area on both sides of the road is clean and looks pleasant with greenery.
Mainly, the National Highways Agency officials have been advised to put the maintenance of the median in the groove. District Forest Officer Sunil, District Panchayat Officer Jayasud ha, FRO Himachandana, and others were accompanied by the Collector.
