‘Heavy to Extremely heavy rainfall’VERY LIKELY IN TELANGANAIN NEXT 12 HRS : MET

Hyderabad, July 22 (UNI) ‘Heavy to Very Heavy Rain with Extremely Heavy Rainfall’ is very likely to occur at isolated places in Mahabubabad, Jangaon, Suryapet, and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri districts of Telangana during the next 12 hours. Meteorological Centre here on Friday said Heavy to Very Heavy Rain is very likely to occur at isolated places in Khammam, Warangal (Rural), Warangal (Urban), Nalgonda, Ranga Reddy, Medchal, and Malkajgiri districts of the state. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) deployed monsoon and Disaster Response Force (DRF) teams to attend to the complaints of waterlogging.

Heavy rain is very likely to occur at isolated places in Medak, Siddipet, Jagtial, Rajanna Siricilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpalli, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Nalgonda, Yadadri Bhuvangiri, Rangareddy, Hyderabad,
Medchal Malkajigiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthi, Narayanpet and Jogulamba Gadwal districts of Telangana during the same period. Meanwhile, Heavy rains lashed Hyderabad and several other parts of Telangana since this morning disrupting normal life. Low-lying areas were inundated in the city. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) deployed monsoon and Disaster Response Force (DRF) teams to attend to the complaints of water logging.
