JAGTIAL TOWN POLICES CCS CI ARRESTED 2 PEOPLE FOR SELLING GUTKA IN LOCAL SHOPS

Gaddam Sandeep and Sura Shekhar of Antargam village, who were keeping gutka at Veerabhadra Kiranam in the Rambazar area of the town and selling it to other local shops, were arrested on Monday evening and seized gutka worth Rs.44,300 from them to the Jagtial town police CCS CI Kiran of Jagtial confirmed that it was handed over. According to the CI, the Gutka parcels from Mumbai were found to be supplied to Jagtial in the form of cloth bags through three travels in Jagtial’s town and surveillance was done on them. As part of this, the CI said that under the orders of SP Sindhu Sharma, they are conducting a series of raids on the illegal storage, transportation, supply, and sale of Gutka throughout the district. Constables Kiran, Santosh, Sridhar, and Sagar also participated in this program.
