The South India times Jagtial: The rule of filing a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for those going to work in Kuwait has been going on for many years The Saudi government has recently announced that PCC must also be filed by those going to Saudi Arabia.
During the recent visit of Dr. Ausaf Saeed, a senior official of the Ministry of External Affairs, many people brought to his attention the problems faced in obtaining PCC. He immediately responded and made special arrangements to get the PCC. Special counters are operational on Saturdays to exclusively process walk-in applications for Police Clearance Certificates without an appointment at all five Passport Seva Kendras Tolly Chowky, Begumpet, Ameerpet, Nizamabad, Karimnagar under Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad Dr.Ausaf Sae ed made the arrangements. Dr. Hyderabad-based senior IFS officer immediately responded and solved the problem faced by the Gulf workers to get police clearance.
