Public courts are for public interest

The South India times Nizamabad: District Chief Justice and Chairperson of District Legal Service Organization Sunita Kunchala said that justice is being given to the lawyers who are expecting legal justice through public courts. He spoke at the opening of the National Lok Adalat organized on Saturday at the Nyayaseva Sadan in the district court premises is mentioned that we are imparting legal knowledge to all groups of people including students, women, youth, and senior citizens.

He reminded us that while India is celebrating 70 years of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava, the judicial system will be more in touch with the people and every citizen is being made aware of the issues of jurisprudence in the villages and streets.

The district judge explained that as per the preference of the parties, civil and negotiable criminal cases are resolved in Lok Adalats and non-appealable awards are issued.

He said that the legal services organization is fulfilling its social responsibility by providing adequate financial compensation to children who have been sexually assaulted and those who have lost their parents in murder cases.
