The South India times Jagtial: Terasa senior leader Oruganti Ramana Rao’s birthday celebrations were held grandly at Jagtial on Tuesday under the auspices of fans.
On the occasion of the 58th birthday of Oruganti Ramana Rao, the senior Terasa leader and leader of the Malidasha movement, fans and followers celebrated by cutting a cake and offering puja at Rama Temple in Vidyan agar. Later, meals and fruits were distributed to the patients in the district hospital and Mata Shishu Hospital.
Also, three thousand rupees were given as one-day expenses for the students in Valmiki Avas. Recognizing the good that is being done with the Jagtial Press Club, Orug anti-fans have handed over a hand mic set worth ten thousand rupees to the press club officials to be used during the conduct of press meets.
Speaking on this occasion, fans of Oruganti said that Ramana Rao played an active role in the Malidasa movement. He praised Ramana Rao for bringing the aspiration for Telangana to the homes of Jagtial and bringing the intensity of the movement to Delhi.
They requested that Ramana Rao, who is working for the strengthening of Teras as a back of the activists, should be recognized by the leadership and given an appropriate place. Jagtial Press Club officials and journalists along with fans Nachupelli Reddy, Muskari Balaji, Prabhakar Rao, Chittari Madhukar, Sirikonda Sing a Rao, Shekar, Rajireddy, Srinivas, Bhairneni Rajeshwar Rao, Chanda Sai Ku mar, Janga Ganesh, Naresh, Shankar, Suresh were present in this program.
