Hyderabad: Telangana governor Dr.Tamilisai Soundararajan performed the inaugural puja at the famous Khairatabad Ganesh Pandal, here, on Wednesday.
She said it was a divine blessing and honor to perform puja to the 50th tall Ganesh idol at the famous Khairatabad Ganesh Pandal. Speaking on the occasion, the Governor extended Ganesh Chaturthi’s wishes to all the people of the state and prayed for the well-being and welfare of Telangana and the nations. She called upon the people to celebrate the Ganesh festival in a peaceful and devotional manner.
Secretary to Governor, Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender, former MLA, Chintala Ramachandra Reddy, Khairatabad Ganesh Committee chairman Singari Sudarshan, and others joined the Governor at the Puja.
