Speaking on the occasion, Minister Talasani said that the CCC was going to be an iconic landmark in public safety and it would enable the police to identify and catch those who have violated rules and regulations, quickly. The Integrated Command and Control Centre, a first for the nation, would assist the police in connecting the operations of several units under one roof and will also serve as a platform for crisis management, disaster management, and other significant emergency situations, Talasani said. Meanwhile, arrangements are going on in full swing to complete all the work in a stipulated period.
Recently, Minister for Roads and Buildings Prashanth Reddy visited the CCC and informed us that appropriate arrangements are being made at the CCC so that visitors can view the city of Hyderabad from the 14th floor of the iconic building. City Police Commissioner CV Anand is closely monitoring the works. Hundreds of workers are removing trees on the road near the entrance and planting bamboo trees around the compound wall.
