The South India times Jagtial: The freedom we are enjoying today is the result of the struggle of many nobles for the independence of the country To those nobles and role models on this occasion, State Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar called upon all of us to work together to achieve their aspirations and ideals by paying tribute to them and walking in the path shown by them. In honor of these celebrations, a festive atmosphere prevailed throughout the district. Rallies of various school students raised slogans.

State Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar hoisted the national flag at the historic fort of Jagtial town. Later, he explained the details of the schemes launched by the state government for the welfare of all communities and the comprehensive development of the district Also, Jagtial District Collector Ravi Gugulothu, District SP Sindhu Sharma, Jagtial MLA Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Additional Collectors BS Latha, Aruna Sree, ZP Chairperson Dava Vasantha Suresh and many other high officials of the district participated On the occasion of 15th august celebrations, the cultural programs of children from different schools in the Qilla impressed the audience. Minister Koppula Eshwar presented certificates of appreciation to many government employees working in various departments for their excellent services.

As part of the celebrations, Minister Koppula Eshwar along with District Collector inspected the various stalls set up by the government departments in relation to the welfare schemes being implemented in various government departments. Earlier, Minister Koppula Eshwar received the police salute.
