Tributes to Telangana peasant armed fighters

The South India Times Jagtial: CPI District Leaders Venna Suresh and Sutari Ramulu paid tributes to Telangana peasant armed fighters on Tuesday On the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the Telangana Raitanga Armed Struggle, the former members of Parliament Ravinarayana Reddy, Baddam Ella Reddy, Moinuddin Bheem Reddy, Narasimha Reddy, Bommakani Dharma Bik- sham, Shoaib Ullah Khan, hoisted the Communist Party flag at the agricultural market in the center of Metpalli Division Tributes were paid to Raj Bahadur Goud, Doddi Komaraiah, Chakali Ailamma, and others. Speaking on this occasion, they said that they called for a struggle for land, for the liberation of Vettichakiri, against the royal despotism of Nizam Nawab from 11 to 17 September 1948As a result of that struggle.

4500 communists were martyred, 500 grams were liberated and 5 lakh acres of land were distributed. He said that the history of this struggle should be told to everyone. Without struggle, the independence of Hyderabad would not have come to the Union of India. BJP and RSS are trying to paint this struggle as a Hindu and Muslim struggle and called them to turn it around. CPI leaders MD Usman, K. Saraswati, Chandraiah, Sampath, Sammaiah, Ramesh, Hamali, B.D., and building workers participated in this meeting.
