Vemula inspected the Chief Minister’s visit arrangements

The South India times Nizamabad: State Roads and Buildings Secretary Vemula Prashant Reddy inspected the arrangements for the Chief Minister’s visit on Monday in view of the state Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s visit to Nizamabad district. Chief Minister KCR will inaugurate the Integrated District Office Complex (New Collect orate) building which has already been completed in the district center on September 5. With this, MLAs, MLCs, and Collector C. of Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy’s district Narayana Reddy, Police Commissioner KR Nagaraju along with others visited the New Collectorate.

Regarding the arrangements for the opening ceremony, the officials of the respective departments were asked about the details and made many suggestions. During the CM’s visit, strict arrangements should be made to avoid any shortcomings. He said that the new collectorate should be renovated beautifully.

Meanwhile, in the course of holding a huge public meeting on the ground of Giriraj Government Degree College near the New Collectorate, Minister Vemula also visited the venue and inspected the conditions there at the field level. Those coming to the public meeting were advised to select a suitable place for parking their vehicles. He said that in the wake of the Chief Minister’s visit, people should take all precautions to avoid traffic problems. Minister Prashant Reddy advised the district officials to prepare alternative arrangements in case of rain during the CM’s visit.

The officials of the respective departments expressed the desire to work in coordination with each other. It is advised to complete all the arrangements before the inauguration program. After that, Minister Prashant Reddy reviewed the steps to be taken and the precautions to be taken regarding the arrangements for the CM’s visit with the key public representatives and senior officials of the district. The Minister was accompanied by ZP Chairman Dadannagari Vitthal Rao, RTC Chairman Bajireddy Govardhan, MLAs Ganesh Bigala, Ashannagari Jeevan Reddy, MLCs VGangadhar Goud, Rajeshwar Rao, City Mayor Dandu Nithukiran, State Urdu Academy Chairman Mujibuddin, Additional Collector Chitramishra, Additional DCP Arvind Babu, ACP Venkateshwarlu, officials of various departments and local public representatives were present.
