Hyderabad January 2, 2023: TOMCOM conducted a screening test on 15th December 2022 at Gandhi Medical College to shortlist the eligible candidates for the training programme. The course has started for the first batch of 25 candidates selected among them.
Somesh Kumar, Chief Secretary of the Telangana State Government, said that TOMCOM has already signed an agreement with twenty countries with the initiative taken by the Telangana state government to provide employment opportunities abroad. He was addressing the first batch of candidates who started as per the agreement made by NAVIS Human Resources with TOMCOM of Telangana Government. “In order to get employment opportunities in foreign countries, it is necessary to learn the language first. The program is organized by Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM) in partnership with NAVIS Human Resources Pvt. TOMCOM Telangana youth training and Telangana Government Registered Recruiting Agency with a mandate to provide overseas job placements. NAVIS is a recognized sending organization empaneled with both the Government of India and the Government of Japan for recruiting semi-skilled and skilled professionals from India. After successful completion of training and cement,
candidates can earn up to Rs.16 lakh per annum and save up to Rs.1 lakh per month. The training course will last for 6 months. During this time candidates are taught Japanese language and nursing care skills. After six months, all those who successfully pass the language proficiency test and skill assessment will be offered a nursing care job in Japan. Job Offers, Interviews, Exam Preparation, Visa and Immigration Procedures as well as all placement related activities such as post-arrival orientation in Japan will be facilitated as part of the program.
