(…….Continued) If we observe the thoughts of Gandhi Ambedkar who expressed his views on the caste system and untouchability, Gandhi tried to argue that the caste system is a special feature of the Indian society and that due to their following the caste profession, an economic system without any competition will be formed in the Indian society. In the same context, Ambedkar categorically rejected Gandhi’s proposal that castes who are considered untouchables are sacrificing their self-respect and working for the sake of the community, while other castes should respect them.
Ambedkar, who disagreed with Gandhi’s social solution to the problems of caste and untouchability, warned that a comprehensive solution to the problems would be found only when the untouchables became economically strong and gained political powerIt should be known that it will not be a proper tribute to Ambedkar if we do not work with the sole aim of achieving the state power of the masses who are living away from the legislatures.Ambedkar warned the rulers of the day at every step by forming All India Depressed Class Congress, The all India Scheduled Caste Federation and many political parties are trying to mobilize Dalits across the country to solve Dalit problems. Ambedkar, who showed his uniqueness while working for the development of the people of his nation, was elected as a member of the Constituent Assembly and started writing the constitution Ambedkar had to carry the entire drafting of the Constitution of India even though seven people were appointed including all of them stayed away from writing due to various reasons. However, there is no doubt that the constitutional writing will be the most authentic due to the experience and the power of observational research,” Ambedkar’s scene in which he enumerates the leadership qualities of Pratibha is an inexhaustible message for generations. 2.Ambedkar’s Final Stage – Adoption of Buddhism – Major Works Ambedkar joined Buddhism, an ancient religion that preached the equality of all men, on October 14, 1956, in Nagpur as part of a move to find a solution to the many humiliations faced by the caste system in Hinduism. On this occasion, Ambedkar, who spoke about his conversion, said, “Though he disagreed with Gandhi on many points, when he did not want to convert, he chose the one that was least dangerous to the country. Buddhism was a part of Indian culture, and the historical culture of this country was careful not to be harmed by his conversion. He declared. We know Ambedkar’s idea that religion is personal but should not become a collective dangerous scene. We can realize that Ambedkar, who was born as a Hindu but did not die as a Hindu, breathed life into many movements with continuous efforts, struggles and efforts throughout his life. It should not be forgotten that Ambedkar became famous not only in India but internationally through his writings, which raised many issues related to all people in the direction of social reforms, exposing the failures of the rulers. That is why Ambedkar is a Dalit, he worked only for his class and some criticize that he lived in the trap of caste. If we refer to many texts written by Ambedkar on this occasion, we can understand their importance, how they are useful to the people, how they are related and how they have affected all the people. The main works like The Problem of Rupee, Provincial Decentralization of Imperial Finance in British India, The Buddha and Marx, Buddha and Dharma can be said to be important. Besides, Dr. B.R Ambedkar’s famous writer Beverley Nichols said, “Ambedkar can be considered as one of the most gifted of the six intellectuals of India” which remains a testament to Ambedkar’s timeless address for generations.
As a national and international great intellectual, a social reformer, a legal scientist, an economic researcher, and a revolutionary hero who fought tirelessly against inequality, thousands of us who have been recognized by India and the international community should note that many opportunities have improved to assess Ambedkar. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar passed away on December 6, 1956 and in recognition of his efforts as a constitutional architect and an intellectual of the democracy movement, the Government of India honored him with India’s most prestigious Bharat Ratna Award in 1990 for his life’s perfectionIndia can truly be honored by the world.During the constitution writing period, the SC proposed reservation facilities for the ST communities in the legislatures and persuaded the top leadership of the constitution writing of that time to give in to the pressure of the dominant groups who created obstacles in the process of achieving political reservation even for the BCs, even though some BC communities were at a loss” Article 340. According to the orders of the President, BC commissions can be set up and the rulers can benefit those communities at any time,” the suggestion made by Gudi is working slowly to some extentHowever, in the current complex situation, people are demanding that a bill be introduced in the Parliament to provide opportunities in education jobs along with political reservations in their proportion to the BC communities, which are 56%. In the same order, in the context of pressuring the central government to carry out BC population census in the ongoing population census, only if the people’s movement joins hands with the efforts of the Supreme Court, the rights of BC people will finally be given state power to the lower classesBy achieving Ambedkar’s dream of social justice there is a chance to build a society with equal opportunities. It is no exaggeration that Ambedkari Jam is working as a solution to all the problems facing the country in all fields.Ambedkar played a key role in drafting the 46th Constitution with the objective of emancipation from exploitation, schedule castes, tribes, and other weaker sections, assuring them of equal rights in education and economy. Ambedkar, the person who gave the power to frame the constitutional articles 38(1), 38((2) 39(b) to prevent the country’s resources from being concentrated in the hands of a few, will be recognized as a great Indian for as long as this earth exists.
