CLASHES IN TRIPOLI LEAVE FOUR DEAD

Tripoli, July 22 (UNI/Sputnik) At least four people died in the Libyan capital of Tripoli after violent clashes broke out between illegal armed groups, a spokesman for Libya’s Ambulance and Emergency Services, Osama Ali, told Sputnik.

“Three people killed and two injured were admitted to a hospital in Tripoli as the result of clashes in the capital. We are waiting for the final information,” Ali said. Negotiations are underway to evacuate 60 students stuck in the combat zone in one of the university campuses in the district of AlFarnaj, the spokesman said.
