AP no 1 in Ease of Doing business says, Industry Minister

Tirupati, July 22 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Industries Minister Gudivada Amarnath on Friday said the state had bagged the No 1 position in the realm of doing business, in view of its all-round facilitation of industrial development in the state. Addressing the South Zonal Conference of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) at a private hotel here, the Minister said the innovative initiatives of the AP government in IT, MSME, and Electric Vehicles, sent healthy signals and attracted huge investments, besides green-cum-manufacturing sectors to the states. He said AP had taken the lead to promote a Green Energy Corporation to attract the solar energy units and also a Greenfield port near Ramayapatnam.AP, with the second largest sea coastline in the country.
